Stencils

We offer stencils, which are made by us through laser cutting with the use of LPKF StencilLaser G 6080 equipment.

Parameters of offered stencils are as follows:

• Maximal cutting area: 600 x 800 mm
• Maximal frame size: 740 x 1800 x 40 mm
• Maximal size of sheet without frame: 650 x 850 mm
• Sheet thickness: 1 mm (max.)
• Cutting accuracy: +/- 2 µm
• Repeatability: +/- 2 µm

The stencils are priced individually for a given project, once we receive your enquiry with GERBER file and information with respect to the size of stencil to be made and on the mounting system.
